In order to facilitate access to information on the legal status of European patents protected on the territory of the Republic of Poland, the patent Office of Poland began, in cooperation with the European Patent Office (EPO), the sharing of data under Project Federated Register.

When searching for information in the EPO European patent Register, you can obtain information on the current legal status of a patent in Poland and other designated countries.

After searching for the European patent (EP), in the European Patent Register tool you can check the information UPRP in the Federated Register tab.
