Official fees for filing a utility model in Poland:

  • Official fee for application of the model: 550zł
  • Fee for publication of Security Law: 70zl
  • Periodic fee (for the first 3-year protection period): 250zł

The granting of a protective right to a utility model is subject to the payment of a fee for the first 3-year protection period, in the amount of 250zł, and also pay for the publication of 70zl. The costs of official charges for the protection of a utility model for a full 10 years shall be 3100zł. Official fees for utility models in Poland
